Sausage, Bacon & Salami and Venison

The skilled craft of a butcher has and always will be an important aspect in our time and has proven to be an essential, yet delicate craft, over thousands of years in order to put food on the table.

Euro now offers two different workshops which involve a hands-on experience and demonstration around the traditional art of cutting and preparing meat products, an aspect we pride ourselves on a daily basis while making all of our delectable products.

Workshops are put together to offer a unique and fun experience with our very own German master butcher, held at the Euro factory in Strydompark, Johannesburg.

The workshops work extremely well as a team-building exercise, special occasion, or as a personalized gift to a loved one who loves meat just as much as we do.

Sausage, Bacon & Salami workshop

A fun and enjoyable workshop for everyone! The workshop revolves around the age-old tradition of curing meats in order to preserve them over an extended period of time.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to craft a sausage for the braai with the help from our very own master butcher. In addition some of our specialty sausages which will then be hot smoked at the Euro factory.

You will now literally be able to bring home the bacon by crafting your very own piece of meat into a delicacy for you to enjoy with friends and family.

Salami has tradition written all over it which makes it our favourite product to make and now you can craft some of your very own with our master butcher.

Price: R2000.00 per person
Minimum of 5 people per workshop

Butchering of wild animals is where it all started before animals were domesticated for human consumption.

This hands-on workshop will take you back in time for you to learn how to debone and breakdown a full game carcass from beginning to end.

Learn about each cut and get in depth information and guidelines on how each cut can be utilized for various products.

Price: R 2000 per person
Minimum of 5 people per workshop

Venison workshop
