Where are you located?

The Euro Meats retail store can be found in the Prison Break Market on Main road between Kyalami and Lonehill. All products are produced in our facility in Strijdompakr, Johannesburg.

When will the delivery take place?

Deliveries take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Our facility receives fresh pork, beef and chicken every Tuesday and Wednesday which is then used to prepare all orders with the freshest possible meats.

I am based out of Gauteng, can I still order?

Yes you can still enjoy and conveniently order our speciality meats for us to courier through to you. We have selected products which do not require refrigeration such as our salami, cured ham, and biltong range. *Fresh Meat  products unfortunately cannot be delivered*

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we have two locations to choose from. You may collect at our retail store in Prison Break Market on Main Road where you are also able to find other products not listed on our website or you can conveniently collect from our processing facility at 279 Samantha Street, Strijdompark, Johannesburg.

I have a specific preference for my order, can that be accommodated?

If you have a specific request for your order you can enter that request during the checkout process. If you forget then you can also reply to your order confirmation email. This message will come direct to the Euro team and we will do our best to accommodate you.

I saw a unique product in your store but it is not on your online store, how can I add this to my basket?

We can easily add specific products to your basket after you have placed your order, reply to your order confirmation email with your request and we will make sure you receive the additional products as well. The driver will arrive with a card machine for you to then pay for the additional items.

Can I place a bulk order for events and functions?

For bulk orders, please reach out to us on orders@euromeats.co.za and we will definitely assist you with bulk pricing and the same high quality of product to your door.

Are there any delivery charges?

We have a standard delivery fee of R65 if the order is under R800. Our National delivery fee is R140 if the order is under R1500.00. Local orders over R800 and National orders over R1500 will have free delivery.

What if I forget about my delivery and I am out when the delivery comes?

If our delivery person finds that you are out when he or she delivers they will try and call you on the number provided to understand the situation. We will do what we can to make sure we can leave the delivery with a neighbour or concierge of your residence. Unfortunately we cannot cancel the order, or put orders back into stock once the delivery has been sent.

Can I return an order?

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us at orders@euromeats.co.za and we will work with you to understand and resolve any issues. If we find that in any way our products did not meet our very high standards we will refund or replace these items.
